He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Dodgen, Sr. and Leila Frances Dodgen (Brook); his wife Lind; his children, Roy Dodgen, III (Chip), Melissa Williams (Dannie) and Kenneth Dodgen (Kimberly); his siblings, Patricia Evans and Jack Dodgen; and his grandchildren, Triston Williams, Danielle Williams, Gracie Williams and Karson Dodgen. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
