He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Padgett and Mildred Roberts Padgett. He is survived by: his significant other Gwendalyn "Patty" Bannister Padgett; his children, Roger Wayne Padgett Jr. and Stacey Renee Padgett Riddell (Justin); his siblings, Travis Padgett (Jan), Velva Padgett Chapman (Dennis) and Tina Padgett Jolley; and his grandchildren, Josiah Riddell, Sariah Riddell, David Riddell and River Riddell. He is also survived by married the love of his life and they raised their two children.
