He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alderman and Maxine Alderman; his wife Jeannie Phillips Alderman; and his son Eric Wade Alderman. He is survived by: his children, Robert G. Alderman, Jr. (Lisa) and Margye Jessica Winslow (Ray); his granddaughter Neva Rae Winslow; his sister Brenda Lloyd (Chris); his niece Melissa; and his nephew Chris.
