He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Helen Stubbs and Phillip Hovies Stubbs, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Dreme Stubbs; and his daughter Pamela Gail Stubbs. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any Animal Shelter-because we know how much Phil loved his dogs or to the Hang Tough Foundation (children fighting leukemia).
