She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda "Tina" Snell and Willis "Toby" Hudson, Sr.; her grandparents, Calvin and Stella Hudson; and her siblings, Stella Lowe and Willis "Bill" Hudson, Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Richard Ahik; her children, Edward "Homer" Vogle, Robert, Rodney Brown and Kathern Vogle Powell; her siblings, Louise Hibley and James "John" Johnson; her grandchildren, Brandon Vogle, Devin Vogle and Derek "Turtle" Powell; her great grandchildren, Bryce and Hunter Vogle; and her nephews, Johnnie and George Lowe.
