He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sr. Padgett and Pat Padgett; his brothers, Bruce and Todd; and his significant other Theresa.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tori and Sheena; his stepdaughter Misty; and his siblings, Pam (Steve) and Leslie (Patsy). He is also survived by 7 grandkids.
