He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Powell and Caol O'Brien; and his brothers, Samuel O'Brien and Patrick O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Holly Powell; his daughters, Saresa Mendoza (George) of Iowa, Robin Boardman (Kent) of Maine, Dasha Linton (Roy) of Jacksonville and Tina Herring (Doug) of Texas; his granddaughter Keeley Blankenship (Joey) of Yulee; and his siblings, Jim Rice of Maxville and Mary Veleces (Cruz). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
