He is survived by: his wife Martha McNeill; his children, Marvin McNeill (Lora J.), Victor McNeill, Gary Huguley, Regina Strashny (Igor) and Kevin Huguley; his grandchildren, Marvin McNeill, II, Adrian McNeill, Sam Strashny, Jimmy White, Blake White and Tamera McKoy; his great grandchildren, Marley Wilcox-McNeill, Alana Lewis and Mayah McNeill; and his siblings, John McNeill, Hattie Smith, Alberta Monroe-McKoy and Trevenel Brown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
