He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Oliver and Kelvin Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Geri Oliver; his daughter Carrie Oliver (Keyur Chauhan) of Atlanta, GA.; his stepdaughter April Marshall (Greg) of Greenville, SC.; and his grandchildren, Dusty Marshall (Michelle), Sunny Marshall, Sidney Genrich, McKinley Chauhan, Linleigh Marshall, Kolbi Marshall and Leland Leon.
