In the sacred silence of farewell, Dolores Carol is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Dolores Carol's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermith "Spud" Windham and Pauline Windham. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Shane Windham and Michael Raymond Ball; her sisters, Debra Windham and Karen Wilder; her grandchildren, Kenneth "Kenney-Ray" Windham, Emily Ball and Haili Majestic; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Weston and Azailiah Majestic.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Russell Haven of Rest (2335 Sandridge Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
