He is survived by: his wife Justine Decker Kearns; his son Bruce John Kearns; his stepson Matthew Russo (Gracie); his sister Heather Talbot (Matt); his nieces and nephews, Justin Kearns, Thomas, Daniel Talbot, Marcus Decker, Laura Talbot and Emma Decker; his in-laws, Sandra and Robert Decker; his brother-in-law Sean (Uli Decker); his friends, Doug and Rena Tetlow; and his father Bruce Edward Kearns.
