He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fey and Anita Hanse Fey. He is survived by: his significant other Maria Ferraro; his children, Arthur, Richard (Virginia), Jeffrey, Bonnie Fey-Gilliams (Damien H. Gilliams), Michael, Joan Foglia and Christi L. Fey; his stepson Guy Fey; his devoted English; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Strunk Funeral Home (1623 N Central Ave, Sebastian, FL 32958). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
