He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Ashley Nichols and Michael P. Cullinan. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Sexton; his children, Susan Carlsen (Thomas), Carol Cullinan (Roy), Nancy Hall (AL) and Michael Peter Sexton; his granddaughter Christina Raymond (Bryan); his great grandchildren, Jessica Guertin (Matthew), Caitlin Rosario (Adam), Nicole Caola (Andrew), Rachel Hall, Lynne Carlsen and Amanda Sexton; and his grandson Eric Carlson (Lauren).
