He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Watts Thomas Mobley (Ronald); his foster daughter Breshawn Bellamy; his sons, Andre Foster and Herman Bellamy, Jr.; his mother-in-law Christine Mitchell; his grandchildren, True Bellamy, Brayden Bellamy and Herman Bellamy, III; his siblings-in-law, Brenda Dumas, Carla Williams, Clara Thomas, Warren Williams, Wayne Thomas, Robert Smith, Herbert Smith and Clarence Thomas, Jr.; his brothers, Doug Williams (Sabrina), Shawn Dixon (Toya) and Bobby Patterson; and also Deborah. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
