He is survived by: his father Jasper Allen Sr. (Sallie Mae Allen); his children, Jasper Allen III, Shronda Allen, Katara Allen-Anderson (Frank) and Angela Allen; his siblings, Thomas Moss, Barbara Allen-Campbell, Helen Turner (Nathaniel, III), Dennis Allen (Carylon), Gayle Randall (Rodrick) and Lynn Allen-Daniels (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Adrianna Allen, Ashley Allen-Jones, Shateria McCoy, Kennia Jordan, Christopher Anderson, Kenyavae Jordan, Kameran Jordan, Rakeem Shabazz and Kaiyzen Shabazz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
