He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Lynn Feaster Sr. and Gladys Abraham Feaster; his wife Annette Elaine Feaster; and his siblings, Marion, Gerald Feaster and Lynnette Hannah.
He is survived by: his brother Jerome Wesley Feaster; and his children, Jacob L. Feaster, III, Joseph A. Feaster, Sally Otero (Michael) and Mary Yvonne Engwall (Mark). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
