He is survived by: his parents, Dalila M. Rodriguez and Richard Rodriguez; and his brothers, Raul and Roy Rodriguez.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the Caballero Rivero Westchester (8200 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Church of the Little Flower (2711 Indian Mound Trail, Coral Gables, FL 33134). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery (11411 NW 25th St, Doral, FL 33172).
