He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Weinstein and Betty Weinstein; and his brother Barry Weinstein. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Weinstein; his daughters, Naomi Mittler (Eddie), Sharon Cutler (Kenneth), Lisa Mitrani (Alberto) and Elizabeth Rosos; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Douglas, Samantha, Michael, Matthew, Zachary and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Jack, Abby, Gwen, Ada and Owen; and his brother Donald Weinstein.

A committal service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
