He is survived by: his wife Paulette Stuckey; his sister Betty Stuckey Watson of Miami, Florida.; and his children, Arlisa Whipple, Marcy Stuckey, Tamika, Keith Stuckey, Jeffery Stuckey, Edwin Stuckey, Robert Permenter, Clarence Permenter and Patrick Permenter of Fort Valley, Georgia..

Viewing was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Robert Jester Mortuary (107 Lincoln St, Camilla, GA 31730). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Oakview Cemetery.
