He is survived by: his wife Mary Ray (Hoover); his sons, Terry Ray of Arcanum and John Ray (Brenda) of Arcanum; his grandchildren, Matthew Ray, Amanda Bogar (Matt) and Josh Ray (Cindy); his great grandchildren, Anabelle, James, Adelyn, Marcus and Juliana; his sisters, Barbara Detro (Dale) of New Madison and Connie Tegtmeyer of Arcanum; his sister-in-law Edmay Ray of Arizona; and his in-laws, Glenna Bruner (Robert), Richard Hoover (Norma) and Barb Rice.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Tribute Funeral Home (1000 N Broadway St, Greenville, OH 45331). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the Ithaca Cemetery (708 OH-503, Arcanum, OH 45304).
