She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ulric Archbold and Elean Archbold (Patsy); her son Hilton Newball Jr.; and her former husband Master Sergeant Denis Gartner.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (4244 Madison St, New Port Richey, FL 34652). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the External Service Location (4244 Madison St, New Port Richey, FL 34652).
