She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Olimpo Fonseca and Otilia H. Fonseca; and her brother Dr. Olimpo A. Fonseca. She is survived by: her nieces, Becky F. Gonzalez (Miguel F. Gonzalez) and Sandra F. Chetelat (Aaron Chetelat); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicolas Hodges, Kassandra Gonzalez, Michael Gonzalez, Lucia Gonzalez, Cecilia Gonzalez, Mia Chetelat, Alexa Chetelat and Lucas Chetelat.
