He is survived by: his sibling Nicky; his wife Elaine; his children, Niko, Kristina and Evangeline; his children-in-law, Lynn, Joshua Putterman and Mike Emanuel; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexandra Lailas, Elias, Genevieve Putterman, Savas and Tess Emanuel.
