He is survived by: his parents, Nilda Rey-Cruz and Louis Ferrino Sr.; his siblings, Louis Ferrino Jr. and Jennifer Barnes; and his nieces and nephews, Aislynn, Armani Ferrino, Vincent, Jacob and Julianna Barnes.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, Michael's family instead requests a donation be made to the American Cancer Society or charity of one's choice.
