She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Perez (Havana University); her parents, Marta Cazabon and Pedro Cazabon; her granddaughter Jennifer Stewart; her siblings, Juan Cazabon and Maria Figarola; and her nephew Pedro Cazabon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Stewart (Bill), Ana Perkins (Danny), Paula Duplantis (Mark) and Margarita M. Perez (Stephanie); her sister Matilde Cosio; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Stewart (Erika), Shawna Perkins, Andrew Duplantis (Caitlin) and Paul Duplantis (Bailey); and her great grandchildren, Collin Sparacello, Evelyn Stewart, Grace Stewart and Charles Duplantis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
