He is survived by: his daughters, Micaela and Tilly Rose; his mother-in-law Paula; his mother Jeris Castro; and also, Micaela and Tilly Rose. He is also survived by loving in-laws, an abundance of nieces and nephews, four siblings and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, Juan's brothers-in-law, now surrogate Dads, have requested donations to be made directly to Micaela and Tilly Rose for continued pursuit of their higher education.
