“I am so sorry to hear of Jared's passing. My husband and I ran the Quarterback club at South Dade High and got to know Jared really well. I just loved that boy and my heart is broken. I used to put a heart on his Facebook page every so often so he knew I was thinking of him, and he would do the same. I remember bringing him a yearbook to the hospital and thinking to myself what a strong, respectful man of God he was. He always impressed me with his faith. My prayers are with the family.”
