She is survived by: her husband I. Stanley Levine; her children, Kenneth Levine (Ivonne), Robert Levine (Mimi), Tina Fitch (Bill) and Alan Levine (Jen); her grandchildren, Kyle Fitch, Maxwell Levine (Carly), Daniel Levine, Spencer Levine, Sabina Levine and Ivonna Levine; her great grandchild Ari Levine; and her siblings, Mitzi Corsello and Dr. Willard Martz.
