She is survived by: her children, James Alex Jenkins, Donna Lynn Lesley (Steven Lesley) and Kimberly Ann Gregson (Richard Gregson); her grandchildren, Jennifer Oister (Pat), Cherilynn Miles (Steve), Michael Piazza (Keri), Alex Piazza, Lauren McRae (Robert) and Sean Lesley; and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Mackenzie, Benjamin, Savannah, Brooklynn, Dylan, Riley, Jacob, Lucas and Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Diabetes Association in memory of Barbara Jenkins.
