He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Applestein and Aaron Applestein; his sister Betty Semer; and his granddaughter Julia Bivens. He is survived by: his daughters, Amie Devero, Andrea Bivens (Jim Eisenberg) and Abbie Applestein (Zvi Argad); and his grandson Jared Bivens.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Nebo/Miami Memorial Gardens (5505 NW 3rd St, Miami, FL 33126).
