He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his son Alan Roark (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Hal Jr., Jessica Roark, Jimmy, Missy, Hunter and Randy Jr. Stanford.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions at the facility, attendance will be limited to close friends and family only.
In lieu of flowers, Rosalie is asking that donations be made to the Charlotte Hans Foundation at http: //http://www.chansfoundation.com. This foundation has provided assistance to Sandy and her family throughout her breast cancer treatment, and continues to help many other families within the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
