She was predeceased by: her parents, Ana Maria and Francisco Remigio Rodríguez. She is survived by: her husband Humberto Cabañas; her children, Kaira Cabañas and Alexis Cabañas; and her grandchildren, Matthew Carlos, Eli Steven and Gael Carlos.

A Mass will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church (15801 NW 67th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33014). A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Vista Memorial Gardens (14200 NW 57th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014).

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made out to St. Jude Research Children's Hospital.
