She was predeceased by: her parents, Joshua Fordham and Willie Lee Fordham; her stepmother Robbie Ashley Fordham; and her siblings, Bernice Delores Fordham Kemp and Nathaniel Fordham Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Eva McClover (Kenneth); her sister Wilma Jean Williams; her stepdaughter Regina Ward; her granddaughter Jamillah Banks (Charlie); her great grandchildren, Teah Allen and Riana McCook; and her brother-in-law Charles W. Kemp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
