She is survived by: her siblings, Earnest Jenkins and Bobbie Ruth Jenkins; her son William "Snug" Owens Jr.; her stepdaughter Ruby Jackson; her sister Larzetta Jenkins Smith; and her child Delma Fryer Tampa (Artie). She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren 31 Great Grandchildren and 7 Great Great Grandchildren leaving to mourn a host of relatives and close friends.
