He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, María Munuera and Simón Amich; his wife Afra Alvarado Amich; his daughter Candice E. Amich of Nashville, TN; his former wife Elsa Coss; his children, Simon Esteban Amich (Lauren) of Miami and Danielle Marie La Puma of Miami Beach, Florida; his brother Manolo Amich (María Mercedes) of Miami, Florida; and his grandchildren, Olivia Briar Amich and Simon Patrick Amich.
