He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Weinstein; his parents, Ida Weinstein and Joseph Weinstein; and his brother Dr. Allan Weinstein. He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth Weinstein (Craig Pacernick) and Michael Weinstein (Colleen); his grandchildren, Rachel, Dylan, Justin Pacernick, Max, Asa, Jesse Weinstein, Allison and Drew Joseph; and his sister-in-law Linda Weinstein.
