He is survived by: his significant other Bette Smolos; his sons, William Beaulieu II of Dallas and Kevin Beaulieu (Valerie) of Buffalo, NY; his siblings, Christine Beaulieu, Carol Beaulieu-Gonsalves of Greenville, RI and Robert Beaulieu (Karen) of Hernando, Florida; his sister-in-law Susan Beaulieu of Cranston; and also Barbara Beaulieu of East Greenbush, NY. He is also survived by cousins, ten beloved nieces and nephews, and friends.
