He is survived by: his wife Cathy Patrice VanFleet; his daughters, Lindsay, Valerie and Courtney; his grandsons, Jonah, Samuel and Caleb Kanagy; and his brother Bobby Nowlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
