He is survived by: his son Broc Rehberg; his parents, Sherry Baker and Bruce Rehberg; his stepfather Daniel Winston; his sister Katie Lyckman; his half-sister Lily Rehberg; and his grandparents, Al Baker and Linda Landers.

In Philip's true character, he was able to save three lives with his organ donations.
