She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie "Joe" Carter and Eva Shelton Carter; and her brother Joseph "Reggie" Carter of Orlando. She is survived by: her husband Donald C. Russo; her children, Michael Kendrick (Jane), Peggy Hedrick, Ron St. Marie and Rhonda Dignazio; her stepchildren, Rusty Russo, Margaret Klerner, Patti Huau and Bobby Russo; and her sister-in-law Freda Carter. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and step-grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
