He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz and Agnes; and his siblings, Cecil, Fred, Florence and Joy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, John Curtis (Beverly), Christopher Michael (Monica) and Mary Elizabeth Lucks (David); his grandchildren, Dylan, Callie, Katie (John), Megan, Rachel (Mary Beth), Paige and Jacob (Chris); and his great grandchild Trey (Rachel).
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Alzheimer's Association, would be greatly appreciated.
