With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nelson Dillard Rutledge of Merritt Island, Florida, born in Rossville, Georgia, who passed away on February 10, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Florence; his children, Jay Rutledge, Mona Becker (Don) and John Rutledge (Ruby); his grandchildren, Ryan Reeves (Max), Matt Rutledge (Nicole), Katie Owens (Jacob), Jackie Johnson (Robby), Jay Becker (Rachel), Julie Becker, Tyler Rutledge (Kiri) and Nelson Rutledge (Tori); and his great grandchildren, Maggie, Evie, Max Reeves, Marlowe, Adleigh, Hensley, Decklyn Rutledge, Luke, Lani, Finley Owens, Sadie, Tripp Johnson, Layna and Riggen Becker.
