She was predeceased by: her mother Elaine Anderson. She is survived by: her former husband Charles Johnson; her daughter Cynthia Johnson (Ron Cornelius); her grandson Anders Stromberg; her son Kirk Johnson (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Nate Johnson and Gabe Johnson.

Rather than flowers, Nancy would prefer donations be made to any animal shelter of your choice.
