She is survived by: her children, Tommy Ray Cook (Karen) and Linda Richards (Rusty); her son-in-law Mike Shaw; her grandchildren, Michael Sheppard (Melody), Melissa Cook Harley (Ken), Stacey Cook Wetherington (Josh), Jacob Cook (Tiffany Thibodeau), Edwin Richards (Liddie), Russel Richards and Peter Richards; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Annaliese (Michael), Clayton, Alyssa (Melissa), Riley, Lily, Laine (Stacey), Thea (Jacob), Marissa, Mallory, Micha (Edwin), Natalie and Jace (Peter). She is also survived by friends and family members.
