He is survived by: his wife Nancy Brilling Raney; and his children, Steven Raney (Kelly), Chad Raney (Debbie), Ashlee Haycraft (Martin) and Regina Brown. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
