He is survived by: his children, Larry Jr. (Karen), Richard, James (Michelle) and Julie Price; and his grandchildren, Erin Price (Paige), Drew Price, Corey Price, Nicole Hobbs (Travis), Adam Price (Rheannon), Jessica Price and Cheyenne Talbert (Josh Chiarelli). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to United Cerebral Palsy.
