He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Audrey; his brother James; and his granddaughter Kaylie Brooke. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his daughters, Danal Jacobs (John) and Melanie Sigman (Chuck); his siblings, Thomas and Janet; his grandchildren, Brittany (Andrei), Chad, Colby, Tanner, Kirstie and Shelbie; and his great grandchildren, Kaulden, Makayla, Mackenzie, Makenna, Luke and Leia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
