He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Romine and Gladys Romine; his son Perry Romine; and his sister Becky Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Romine; his children, Michael (Robyn), Mark McDaniel (Heidi) and Michelle O'Donnell; his siblings, Randy Romine and Elisabeth Rene LaMarr (Rob); his grandchildren, Christopher, Cody and Haley; and his great grandchild Eden. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may also be made to the House of Hope, First Baptist Church, Merritt Island.
