He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hollifield; his children, Peyton Hollifield, Amanda Johnson of Ocala, FL and Alicia Hollifield of Ocala, FL; his mother Carol; his siblings, Bill Hollifield (Tammy) of Debary, FL, Paul Hollifield (Anne) of Snellville, GA and Cynthia of Lawrenceville, FL; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Johnson, Kylie Adams and Olivia Hollifield.
