He was predeceased by: his daughter Yvonne Scheiner; his parents, Sadikin Martodiharjo and Mariyah Wiryodiharjo; and his brother Juwinta. He is survived by: his wife Andrea (Alcott); his daughters, Dawn Niehoff (Adam) and Cathryn Fourtney (Mark); his son-in-law William Scheiner; his grandchildren, Amber, Jasper, Lily, Carter, Isla and Kaleb; and his siblings, Hondoko, Sr., Uning, Bambang, Mami, Pujianto, Sari and Martin.
